By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by ph52, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms supersede all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between you and ph52 relating to the subject matter hereof. ph52 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where material changes are involved, in which case ph52 will provide reasonable notification to registered account holders.

Your continued use of the ph52 platform after the posting of any modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current effective version of the Terms is always available at ph52.org/terms-conditions.

To register and use the ph52 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. ph52 conducts age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or gaming ban — whether self-imposed or imposed by any regulatory authority — that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
• You must be accessing ph52 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of ph52, or an immediate family member or household member of any such person, when participating in real-money gaming.

To access the real-money gaming features of ph52, you must register a player account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you undertake to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the ph52 platform. The creation, maintenance, or use of more than one account by any individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through different devices — is strictly prohibited. If ph52 discovers that a player holds multiple accounts, ph52 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all pending bets and winnings across those accounts, and permanently exclude the player from the platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph52 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ph52 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify ph52 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ph52 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or PhilSys ID), proof of address, and/or source of funds documentation. ph52 reserves the right to restrict account functionality — including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — until satisfactory verification documents have been received and approved.

All financial transactions on the ph52 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). ph52 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available on the platform from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The payment method used is registered in your name and belongs solely to you.
• The funds deposited are from a legitimate source and do not represent proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• You are not using any payment method without the authorization of the account holder.

ph52 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit that triggers internal anti-money laundering thresholds. Deposits may be delayed or declined pending such review. ph52 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time, as this may be subject to the policies of payment service providers.

Withdrawal requests from ph52 accounts are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies as displayed on the ph52 withdrawal page at the time of the request.
• ph52 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request it deems unusual or requiring further verification.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative estimates and may be affected by the policies and schedules of payment service providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

ph52 is not responsible for delays in withdrawal processing caused by technical issues at the payment provider level. If a withdrawal has not been received within the standard processing window, players should contact ph52 customer support before raising a dispute with their payment provider.

From time to time, ph52 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. By accepting any bonus or promotion from ph52, you agree to the applicable promotion terms, including any wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ph52 account must meet the stated wagering or rollover requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game category and are detailed in the promotion terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

ph52 employs monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to fulfill rollover requirements, multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, and collusion between players. If ph52 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, ph52 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or close the player's account.

ph52 offers games from licensed game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems have been independently audited and certified for fairness and randomness. The outcome of all ph52 games is determined by certified RNG technology and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including ph52 itself.

Each game offered on the ph52 platform is governed by its specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable game rules before wagering real money. ph52 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to server errors, disconnection events, or display errors — ph52's internal game logs constitute the definitive record of game outcomes. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical malfunction, ph52 will at its sole discretion either void the affected round and return the wager to the player, or allow the round to complete once the technical issue is resolved.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph52 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated winnings may be forfeited:

• Creating or using more than one ph52 account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in any ph52 game.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer table games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the ph52 platform.
• Facilitating access to the ph52 platform by any person under 21 years of age or any person subject to a self-exclusion or gaming ban.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any ph52 system, server, or database.

All content on the ph52 platform — including but not limited to the ph52 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, images, game content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ph52 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph52 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any ph52 content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ph52 software; use any ph52 trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written authorization; or create derivative works based on ph52 content.

Any unauthorized use of ph52 intellectual property may result in account closure and may expose you to legal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph52 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the ph52 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from game outcomes.
• Technical failures, including server downtime, disconnection during a game round, or payment processing delays.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate information displayed on the platform due to a technical error.

The ph52 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph52 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Gambling inherently involves financial risk, and players accept that risk as a condition of participation.

ph52 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable notification and dormant account procedures.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or another competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review. ph52 is not obligated to return any bonus funds or wagering requirement proceeds where the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ph52 account may do so by contacting ph52 customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

ph52 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that enable players to maintain control over their gaming activity. The ph52 platform makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts to notify them when a gaming session has reached a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold for any given period, after which automated play features will be disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or indefinite self-exclusion from the ph52 platform via account settings or by contacting customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new account registrations will be accepted from the excluded individual.

By registering an account with ph52, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the ph52 Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). ph52 will not sell your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary for the operation of the platform (e.g., sharing with payment processors or regulatory authorities).

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of the ph52 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players agree to contact ph52 customer support to seek an informal resolution of any dispute. ph52 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes relating to the ph52 platform's regulatory compliance may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.
